Artificial Grass is woven by cutting synthetic green fibrillated or monofilament yarns, which are sewn on a special base cloth, in certain pile lengths. After the weaving process, latex coating is applied to the back of the base cloth and the synthetic yarns that are woven are tightly attached to the carpet. This coating is very important for synthetic turf.
Artificial grass is permeable. In bad weather conditions, water does not accumulate on the ground. For this, drainage channels are made. Polyethylene and Polyamide threads are resistant to the effects of sunlight. It always looks green.
